Trekking routes of central Nepal

An example trek itinerary
Annapurna Base Camp Trek - 13 Days - Moderate

Day 1 – Pickup Kathmandu, drive to Pokhara.
Day 2 – Drive to Nayapul (1hr), trek to Tikedhunga (4hrs).
Day 3 – Trek to Ghorepani (7hrs).
Day 4 – Early rise and hike to watch the sunrise over the mountains (1hr), trek to Tadapani (6hrs).
Day 5 – Tadapani to Chhomrong (7hrs).
Day 6 – Chhomrong to Himalaya (6hrs).
Day 7 – Trek to Machupuchare base camp (5hrs).
Day 8 – Trek to Annapurna base camp (2hrs), relax and and explore.
Day 9 – Annapurna base camp to Bamboo (7hrs).
Day 10 – Trek to the hot spring at Chhomrong (5hrs).
Day 11 – Trek to Ghandruk (5hrs).
Day 12 – Trek back to Nayapul (4hrs) and drive back to Pokhara.
Day 13 – Return to Kathmandu.
